Qigong (Chee-Gong) 

Qigong is a mindfulness moving meditation and an effective way to reduce stress, increase energy, enhance healing, and increase longevity.  Qigong is based on a 3,000-year-old system of self-healing.  

Qigong may help manage arthritis, chronic pain, joint problems, hypertension, autoimmune disorders, and mental health issues. Qigong may also help relieve stress and increase energy.
